Cognet was formed in 2007 in order to immediately respond to the growing demand of mid-market HR Services providers who wanted to be "offshore", but didn't have the experience or resources to go it alone. Our Global Operations Center is located in Chennai, India, a well-known market for BPO with a deep talent pool and many multi-national companies locating their India operations in the market. We believe service is local and have resources in the United States with an office in Orlando, Florida.
Cognet is different than most BPO providers in several key ways.
We were founded by a group that has hands on experience on both sides of the fence. We have been in HR Service Providers who opened offshore operations, and also worked for the vendor who opened it. We have been client and provider and understand all facets of the relationship, both organizationally and culturally. That experience, both good and bad, translates into you moving the right processes offshore and avoiding costly mistakes.
Our sole focus is on the HR Services industry. We don't get distracted with call centers or saying "yes" to crazy things, we just do HRO. It is easy to find an offshore vendor who will try to do work for you, but much different to find one who has experience and expertise.
