Woke up in India one night in 2004 and started this adventure - CogNet HRO, using his 27 years of HR Services experience in TPA, HRO and PEO. John has implemented and set up four global service operations and began actively managing human resource businesses in the India market in 2004.
At Advantec, John led the charge into a mid-market HRO offering as Vice President of Product Management. He held a variety of positions at Advantec, including Vice President of Finance. Prior to Advantec, he served as group Controller for the Small Group division of HealthPlan Services, formerly a subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet. John has also served as Chief Financial Officer of US Personnel, a leading PEO based in Dallas, Texas.

Dianna is our “thinking outside of the box” guru. With more than 32 years of HR Services experience in HRO, Payroll and PEO, she is passionate about solving the broader problems of our industry and employs accountabilities tactics with intense focus on “process efficiency and breakdown risk mitigation.”
Before joining CogNet, Dianna was the President/CEO of a $30M company offering strategic Human Resource Solutions including: Recruiting, Health Insurance/Benefits/Workers’ Compensation, and Strategic Planning. She’s also served as Founding Partner and Board Member of CogNet HRO and Sr. Vice President of the strategic team at Ceridian.

Saleem is our battlefield general running the offshore operations and has over 17 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry spanning across different verticals such as HR, Finance and Technology.
Before co-founding CogNet in 2007, he served as Director of IT for a leading HR Services company based out of US for its offshore operations, where he was responsible for building and managing the production technology group. Prior to that he was responsible for managing large scale technology infrastructure spanning across multiple data centers for a leading BPO Brigade Corporation.

Don is Vice President of Business Development. He has spent the last 20 years working with financial service professionals helping them with all aspects of their business including trading, custody and operations, technology, business development and investment management. Don began his career at Charles Schwab and has spent the last 20 years helping financial service firms become more efficient and get back to the basics of helping deliver value to their clients.
While working for Schwab Advisor Services Don focused his efforts on working with fee based advisors and also recruited advisors out of major wire houses. He then transitioned to a wholesaling role with Payden & Rygel where he helped advisors build comprehensive and diversified portfolios. Prior to joining Cognet Don held senior positions with several boutique investment management firms where he worked with advisors in helping them gain access to various alternative strategies as well as incorporate different practice management solutions to help them attract and retain more clients.
